1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products (unless damaged)

  • Used or washed items

  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share order number and product images/videos.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method or store credit (based on approval).

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.
